Saiqa studied Law at Greenwich University and then went on to complete her Legal Practice course at the College of Law in London. She secured her training contract with a City firm which she completed in 2009 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor.

Saiqa commenced employment with HSR Solicitors in October 2016. Saiqa undertook a variety of work as a trainee solicitor in different areas of practice. She now specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing. With just over 4 years of post qualification experience, she provides invaluable assistance to the property department. Saiqa has extensive knowledge in all areas of residential conveyancing, but not limited to Purchases, Sales, Right-to-buys, Re-Mortgages, Leases and Transfer of Equity.

In relation to commercial matters, she regularly deals with the granting and assigning of shop leases and drafting various Licences for Landlords. Saiqa also acts for client’s in relation to Landlord and Tenant disputes including possession claims, Enfranchisements under the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act and Lease Extensions.
